[click images]I always loved his music... but somewhere along the line I punched into a whole new kind of loving his music. It just blows my mind the quality of feeling in so many of the lyrics, the sensitivity... the candor... the depth. I love CSN, but really, I love Stephen Stills, love every incarnation of him, playing with anyone or alone. I know I turn myself off to music for very long stretches because it feels wrong when things are so awful for so many, but then there are times, I guess, where the awful drives me back looking for beauty everywhere... and, truly, I wonder how long I'd stay dropped down my Stephen Stills well if I didn't have to eat and sleep....
